• All paintings are genuine one-off hand painted original works of art and are accompanied by full documentation including a Gallery Certificate of Authenticity, photographs of the artist with the particular painting and a tax invoice.
   

• Wherever possible, we always observe and respect traditional indigenous sensitivities and tribal customs. We apologise in advance to any living relatives if references or photographs of deceased artists may offend, but this information is only usually sent individually on request — and no offence is ever intended.
   

• All prices are inclusive of GST where applicable with a further 10% discount to overseas customers.
   

• Paintings will be processed and dispatched within 3 working days upon receipt or clearance of funds. We will notify you by email to inform you of the estimated time of arrival and give you the courier tracking number so you can follow its progress.
   

• In the unlikely event that a painting does not meet your expectations, we will allow you to return it at your expense within seven days and your initial payment will be credited towards another painting of equal or higher value.
